Technically, the lemons don't care about whether I am patient or not. Time is what transforms them into magical culinary love. Those lemons will do their thing whether I stand in front of them screaming impatiently, or ignore them calmly....

Make some. You'll thank me.

Fez- fascinating city. Although when I was there as a kid in the early ‘70s, the tannery smell in the Medina was eye watering powerful and not in a good way.
