The unfortunate ruling by the Appellate Div dismissing the obvious Unconstitutionality of this so called regulation is the proverbial camel's nose under the tent. I have reached out to other attorneys that I follow and few have caught on to the severity of the fact once NY falls into this morass, the rest of the country, no matter how "Red" will too...all because there has been precedent established by other POTUS' when it comes to Federal Funding or denial of.
In the 1980's, states were "forced" to come up with their own legislation to enforce seat belt laws and drinking age restrictions or face the potential denial of Transportation funding. Biden's so called "Infrastructure Recovery Act" is really a copy of DJT'S 2018 proposal which was shot down by a RINO run Congress and later killed by Pelosi after 2019. Biden of course added a bunch of questionable "green" and radical environmental/social justice requirements that would make just about any truly important and necessary infrastructure project far too expensive and/or be denied due to bureaucratic red tape.
So what does have to do with Concentration Camps? Plenty...the only way out of it is to put people in "15 Minute Cities" which are simply "Comfy Concentration Camps" where you are tracked and controlled by having no freedoms without knowing it. A complete Dystopian Empire in the making via Fiat.
