YouTube's Orwellian "Policy Training"
Big Tech is so married to the Democrats' Lies about Wuhan Hysteria, they keep threatening people over "medical misinformation" long after they were proven wrong.
There is zero doubt the Modern American Left cares far more about ideology than they do about basic facts, say, or objective reality. Their entire crumbling edifice of “authority” relies on it. Back in October 2021, I recorded a debate between two non-medical professionals, but otherwise reasonably intelligent people. It’s awesome and is still available on Spotify:
But YouTube BANNED it because - somehow - I was “spreading medical misinformation,” even though (a) it was set up as a debate between non-medical professionals and (b) my point - which is that masks had zero efficacy in preventing transmission of the Wuhan Virus - was correct then and correct now. No matter! Our Woke Commie Overlords who demand GroupThink use access to the public square as their cudgel. I got a “warning,” as if I am damned kindergartener caught sniffing glue during Art Time.
Today I was offered the chance to enjoy some indoctrination on my own time, so I could prove to my Tech Overlords that I am succumbing to their Woke Nonsense. If I took “the policy training on medical misinformation,” they might wipe my record clean of my horrendous offense of speaking factual truth when they would prefer I support their falsehoods and lies. I will not bore you with all of it, just the bits relevant to my horrendous, public safety endangering truth-telling.
None of the answers quite matches objective reality which is that the Wuhan Virus was a seasonal flu virus, abused by politicians to throw Donald Trump out of office and have fun playing totalitarian busybody douchebag. But the closest is the middle option. So I chose that.
Guess what? I am “wrong” according to the brainwashed woke robot people at YouTube. No way! I tried to figure out what braindead morons would think is the right answer to this stupidity.
There! So now I have been “trained” in YouTube RightThink. As you can see, I am repentant and will now parrot the lies of the Communist Chinese Party, the World Hysteria Organ of Lies and the Biden Administration - all of which were proven empirically false by data.
