What DID Joe Biden Do Today?
Sometimes I just cannot let idiocy go unchecked. I know it's a flaw. I am working on it. In the meanwhile....
In politics, if you’re explaining, you’re losing. It’s a brilliant adage.
Sometimes, though, letting absurd lies go unchallenged is its own form of losing.
Some nitwit posts a daily log of ostensible “achievements” attributable to the wonderful leadership of POTUS #46.
is that absurd publication, if you would care to hurt your brain. Below I present my commentary on one, presumably average, day in the Life of Joe.1. Saved 15M Americans $800 on health insurance coverage
Translation: All American taxpayers were forced to borrow money their grandchildren will be on the hook for to pay far in excess of ($800 x 15,000,000) = $12 billion in order to create this illusion that 15 million people “saved” anything.
Bigger picture, had the Democrats kept their grubby, financially illiterate hands off “healthcare” in the first place, quality would be higher and costs far lower for all Americans in a free market system. This claim of an achievement is like saying, “I held your head underwater for 45 seconds, but I could have held it underwater for 60 seconds, so I saved you 15 seconds of drowning.”
2. Created over 210K new clean energy jobs
Really? Today? 210,000 people became new employees who filled out tax forms, passed drug tests and started work. He did all that today? That’s amazing. With what cash did he create these jobs? Did he and Hunter get it from the Chinese from selling Hunter’s masterpieces for quazillions of dollars to people who love his art and have no idea who his father is?
I think we need some details about these jobs, where they are and how they being funded.
3. Mobilized $180B in private-sector investments
I have no idea what this means. Really. Zero idea.
4. Outpaced forecasts and expectations for manufacturing
What is the Executive Branch manufacturing? Who has been expecting anything to be manufactured by the Biden Administration except for waste, Jew Hatred, more religious fantasies from the Climate Hysteria Apocalypse Church and continuing lies about the Wuhan Fakedemic? I would like to see the forecasts which had been published prior - once I understand the whole manufacturing enterprise - so I can see if indeed today’s production “outpaced” those earlier predictions.
5. Announced the first CHIPS award to BAE Systems, Inc.
One more massive pile of cash the taxpayers were forced to borrow was handed to a British arms manufacturer that earned US$4+ billion on US$38 billion in sales last year. If I were in the Administration, I’d try to hide that from the people, rather than boast about it. This is cash sucked from the dwindling credit of our grandchildren called the "Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) and Science Act." What Democrats won’t tell you is that if the US would just f-ing slash taxes and bureaucratic red tape, these companies would invest in America. But then politicians wouldn’t have a lead or silver offer to prompt lobbyists to drum up campaign contributions…
6. Announced over 33K infrastructure projects
So? Just today, I plan to announce over 38,000+ infrastructure projects. Nonsense. Anyone can “announce” anything.” I know a three-year-old who makes regular announcements with more conviction than Joe Biden every day. Not one of her grand announcements has come to pass.
Back to the competing announcements from Joe and me: I have no idea how my 38,000+ projects are going to be paid for, if anyone wants them or how I came up with such an unreasonably huge number of presumably complex engineering projects in one day. But, then again, I am not a pro at things like this, so I bet Joe had all those details worked out before he announced his thousands of projects.
7. Workers won historic wage gains
What the f*%@ does this mean? Really - someone needs to translate Beltway Blather into English.
8. Launched five Workforce Hubs across the country
What is a “Workforce Hub?” Is five a large number of these hubs or a paltry gesture? I have a strong feeling it is nonsense that will never produce a real job for a real person, but will swell the ranks of useless, unaccountable, illegally unionized Federal bureaucrats. You know how you know when something is pure Beltway Gibberish? When there is no such equivalent thing in the private sector. You know - that mysterious (to Washington) place where real jobs are created.
9. Launched the American Climate Corps
What is this latest boondoggle? Is it an excuse for Democrat interns to fill out as many fake mail-in ballots as possible, while hiding in the backroom behind a storefront which claims to do something about “the climate?” Does one have to convert to the Climate Hysteria Apocalypse Church to get one of these jobs? Which public sector union gets to suck mandatory dues off these new Climate Warriors? More importantly, can this launch be aborted? Are American free to choose whether to bring this new horrible beast to term?
10. Enrolled 7M households in the Affordable Connectivity Program
Today? In one day, 7,000,000 households enrolled in something? Really? Let me guess what this means. Bureaucrats are handing more cash our grandchildren were forced to borrow to people who would have signed up for Internet connectivity anyway. Nonsense.
Now you know what passes for “achievements” to some people in American politics. It’s ridiculous, risible and a fiscal disaster. And those are the good parts.
Vote accordingly.
Any achievement the communists claim is nonsense. They have done nothing positive for this country because they don’t really know how to do anything. So sad
Gotta wonder why so many of the American people so readily eat this shit up and take it as the gospel…SMH at the stupidity!
