They're really bad at it. This little explanatory chart will not change a single vote. But maybe younger readers will learn something about how politicians lie. Constantly.

I live by LBJ’s comment than “in politics, if you’re explaining, you’re losing.” The idea being if I spend time talking about my opponent’s rampant idiocy, I’m still focusing people’s attention on him. Here I am doing a bit of explaining, but more for the sheer logical need to address idiocy head on. I just cannot stand stupidity. I am happy to debate logical political positions with anyone, but this sort nonsense is risible.

Someone posted this silly chart on Substack earlier. It is worth taking a bit of time to show the kids how Leftists lie. Hint: they always say the exact opposite of what things actually mean. It’s a red flag when a Leftist starts talking about “facts.”
