So much for Elon Musk's fixing the platform; Selective malicious technical "rules" are the new shadow banning

Banned from Twitter on Day One of 2023

Twitter is silly and also a cesspool.

That said, given the fact I cast pods, I thought I’d avail myself of a potential marketing tool. So I created an account. It can be an amusing diversion.

I was browsing around on the fine start of the New Year when I found a silly post from someone in which she refers to President Trump as “that evil orange idiot.” For parody giggles, I basically copied her text and changed a few words.

I got this email from Twitter a few minutes later:

I thought for sure this was ridiculous. “Bimbo” is the new third rail of the English language? Really? It’s a fun word from the 1950s; the idea that anyone is actually offended by being called a “bimbo” is ludicrous. So I availed myself of the “support team” appeals “process” thusly:

Are you kidding? My "violation" was merely a joke parody of the silly comment I was responding to! @JoJoFromJerz had written almost the exact same text about Donald Trump being President. So I wrote a near-copy of her Tweet replacing some silly language about "bimbos spewing hatred" in place of her comments about Donald Trump. She ended with demanding we never elect him again; I ended by saying it'd be great if she kept spewing hate filled nonsense. Has HER account been permanently suspended? It is the EXACT SAME LANGUAGE - mine was just meant as a slightly ribbing parody of hers. Really? You've got to be kidding.

Looks like Elon has not had nearly the impact he thinks. I highly doubt my account was suspended for the word “bimbo.” Also, the original Tweet from “JoJo” still is up, and her account is fine - she is certainly “inciting other people to engage in the targeted harassment of" President Trump. My Tweet - for what it’s worth - ended with an exhortation for this silly person to keep spewing free speech hatred.

For a tech platform that perfected shadow banning, I am willing to bet a large sum that there are some malicious little Leftwing coding gnomes hiding from Elon’s gaze who are now tagging “dangerous” - that is, non-Guess-Which-Party-approved - points of view and instead of banning them which will make Elon mad, are setting up parallel filter tools as a way to punish behavior they don’t like.

I’d appreciate everyone still on Twitter to post a link to this piece, making sure to tag @elonmusk while doing so.

The Left’s ongoing attempts to stifle free speech continue. It’s of a piece with how Comrade Xi mismanages China; thus far in America, the 2nd Amendment has prevented these clowns from rounding us up in camps for reeducation. Here, the little Leftist storm troopers are reduced to hiding anonymously in Big Tech firms and deleting the words of people they don’t like.

My account, @PJimmy1776 was banned for saying gender dysphoria is a mental sickness..... just as it says in the DSM5. I appealed and they rejected my appeal. What is going on here?
